At the heart of my core values is a simple but powerful belief: when we put our members first, everyone benefits. I believe in prioritizing the voices, needs, and success of every REALTOR®. Real estate must remain a viable, rewarding profession—one where our members can thrive, grow their businesses, and continue to serve as essential guides on the path to property ownership. When REALTORS® are empowered, so are the communities they serve. Our members play a vital role in helping Californians achieve the dream of homeownership, build generational wealth, and find long-term housing stability. Transparent leadership within our association means fostering a culture of openness, trust, and accountability—where information flows clearly and consistently between leadership, directors, and members. It’s about making sure our members and directors understand not just what decisions are being made, but why they’re being made. Transparent leadership ensures that goals, challenges, and outcomes are communicated clearly and that feedback is welcomed and valued.
In practice, this looks like timely updates, accessible decision-making processes, and regular opportunities for input and engagement. When communication is clear and consistent, we build stronger relationships, make better decisions, and create a shared sense of purpose. Transparency isn’t just good governance—it’s essential to a thriving, member-focused association.
Purpose: Prioritizing Homeownership & Property Rights.
REALTORS® are advocates for housing opportunity, protectors of property rights, and champions for sustainable growth. California’s homeownership rate is just at 53% - on the verge of becoming a renter state. That’s why I will advocate fiercely for REALTOR®-driven solutions: policies that target supply constraints, promote climate-resilient planning, ensure insurance availability, and expand equitable access to housing. With a focus on collaboration, strategic partnerships, and proactive advocacy, I will work to ensure our members are influential in the conversation—and that together, we create a stronger, more equitable California where property ownership is possible for all who aspire to it.
